Find out what AI assistants say when someone asks about your Products or Services
We run the prompts your buyers actually use across five assistants and record what comes back. You get the answers, the reasons you are absent, and the fixes in priority order.

What the audit actually covers
Three stages, done by hand rather than pulled from a tool. You see the answers the assistants gave, not a score summarising them.

01Prompts
We build the questions your buyers ask
Not keyword phrases. The questions people actually type into an assistant when they are choosing a provider, comparing options or checking whether you are any good.
- Category and "best provider" prompts
- Comparison and alternatives prompts
- Brand and reputation prompts
-
02Answers
We run them and record what comes back
Every prompt, across five assistants, with the answers captured as given. Where you are named, where you are cited, and where a competitor is there instead of you.
- The answers themselves, not a summary
- Which sources each assistant cited
- Which competitors appear and how often
-
03Reasons
We work out why you are absent
The interesting part. Each gap traced back to a cause on your site or across your profiles, and ordered by what would move first.
- Whether your brand resolves to a definite thing
- Whether your pages contain liftable answers
- Whether your claims can be verified elsewhere
- ChatGPT
- Google Gemini
- Perplexity
- Microsoft Copilot
- Claude
What this audit does not do. It does not fix anything, and it does not commit you to anything afterwards. You receive the report, the fix list and the call, and the work itself is a separate decision. Most clients move on to the AEO service from here, because the report names the work and the next step is doing it.
Questions about the visibility audit
The answers below are the ones we give on calls, including the ones that are not flattering to us.
What do you need from us?
Your website address and the competitors you would compare yourself against. That is enough to build the prompts and run the check.
No access to anything is needed. The audit works entirely from what is publicly visible, which is the same material an assistant reads.
Are we committed to anything afterwards?
No. The report, the fix list and the call are yours, and the audit ends there.
Most clients move on to the AEO service from that point, because the report names the work and the next step is doing it. That is a separate decision and a separate fee.
How is this different from your SEO audit?
The SEO audit examines the site itself: crawling and indexing, topical coverage, competitor results pages and AI visibility as one of four layers.
This audit does one of those layers properly. It starts from the answers assistants give rather than from the site, then traces each gap back to its cause. If you want the whole picture, the SEO audit is the better buy.
Will the answers be the same if we run the prompts ourselves?
Not exactly, and that is worth understanding. Assistants vary their answers by who is asking, what they have asked before, and what the model saw most recently.
That is why the audit records the answers as given and looks at the pattern across five assistants rather than treating any single response as the truth. A brand absent from four assistants has a problem; a brand missing from one answer may not.
Does the fix list tell us enough to act on?
Yes. Each item names what is wrong, where it is, and what it should say instead, in priority order. It is written so a developer or a writer can act on it without asking us what we meant.
Find out what they say about you
Send your website and the competitors you would compare yourself against. You get a written scope and a quote back, not a discovery call before anyone will tell you anything.
